I need a wedding outfit for next weekend.

The code is quite smart dress. I am 5'4 and very slim. I don't wear skirts or dresses and I like to cover up. I need shoes too- something practical- I will have 3 yo ds with me. Budget £100 for outfit (not inc. shoes) Preferably something I can wear again.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks very much for the help. Have ordered outfit and bag but still looking for silver sandals if someone can help me. Low heel or flat.
