I am newly single and my belly is really not tonned with loose skin.. I am no where near ready to meet a new guy but feel that with this belly I never will be...

I'm sure if anyone sees it they will run a mile as in clothes I lok fine, I'm a size 10...

Yes plenty of us

Lots of exercises can help. I am doing loads at the moment and seems to be working.

It does take a while though, the loose skin will start to shrink eventually, as your body makes less again (not so much area to cover!)

Don't worry. I think when you really love someone you don't care if they have a few battle scars or whatever. It isn't about that.

If they didn't like it I wouldn't 'ave 'em. Simple, though I don't know how I'd cope in that situation again.

I'm sure it wont be a problem when the time eventually comes but I just think how horrible my belly is and how nice it used to be...

I do need to start pilates and swimming for my belly...
