will they ruin my hair? I haven't got enough time to blow dry my wavy hair ( not good wavy hair, kinky wavy hair) and need a short cut. Any views very gratefully received. Quaranta

you have to blow dry your hair before you straighten it

you cant use ghds to dry your hair

Tis true what nailie says but once its dry ghds are the best straighteners ever.

Straighteners are a bit drying so don't use them every day and make sure that you use hair straightening cream or protection spray, you don't need to get the ghd stuff as it is awfully expensive.

Babyliss Babyliss Pro Wet To Dry Review here

My hairdresser told me ghds are good because they heat up sp much. So if you look for one that heats up to a high temp, I guess they will be OK?

Try some review sites too.
