Asda do 2 pairs for £5.00

Marina · 28/07/2008 14:27

Eurgh bellabelly, I hope that was a misunderstanding
Ds has to wear them for school swimming and now actually prefers them Foo

foothesnoo · 28/07/2008 14:28

DS has no bottom Marina! He's such a skinny malink I have had to buy them in a failr small size so will be berated even further when he sees them.

Marina · 28/07/2008 14:30

Cut the label out foo! Ds is also still in 7-8s despite being 9 and did have a quick sulk about it. Until I pointed out what happens if you wear close-fitting trunks that are just too big for you...
We got some jaunty Boden ones and although small, ds is not skinny really, so he looks good in them.

Ds1 has these from Debenhams in blue. Online site says sold out in your ds's size, but you might be lucky in store?

Ds1 won't wear shorts style, will only wear trunks - we get them from Adams - they're about £2.

The French!

They will all be sweaty because they don't use deo'. And it'll probably be acceptable for boys to piss any old place, but don't fall asleep on the grass, what ever you do.

ThatBigGermanPrison · 28/07/2008 17:07

What happens if you fall asleep on the grass?

LynetteScavo · 28/07/2008 17:40

I was in Paris once with my sister and 3yo nephew. He fell asleep, almost walknig along, so my sister lay him on some grass next to a bench, and was ordered to remove him buy some jumped up official uin a uniform as there was NO WALKING ON THE GRASS.

My sisters French is quite good, and she argued her case quite well, telling jumped up official, if he wanted the child moved, to move him himself. It all got quite heated.
