need a red sash belt thing...

I bought a blue prom type dress with white poka dots yesterday.
It has a thin blue sash belt around the waist, i'm going to unpick the belt loops and tie the belt just under the waist so its like a empire line as it's much more flattering. However I wanted to get a red belt and team them up with a nice pair of red shoes (which I also need help finding!) But I have no idea where to get one! Any sugestions?

And a bag to match would be good....

This may sound strange but a cumberbund would work really well. They come in some fab colours,so shoes should be easy enough to match. Saw this on Gok.
