Please help me find a dress to wear to a wedding in August...................

it is a civil hotel ceremony starting at 4pm

i am currently bald due to chemo so will be wearing a scarf on head

im looking for a long dress, prefer slight coverage to upper arms, perhaps empire line with sash detail under bust??

Not covered on upper arms but could add a cardi of some sort (Tho maybe not that one...)
