It's teenagers round our way that do it. It's worse when they have those shorty shorts on as you can see the brief line or whatever its called.

LOL noticed quite a lot of youngish girls (late teens) with short skirts (very) and nude tights. Seemed very happy to show off the nasty toe seam bit with open toed sandals too. I took it is as yet another fashion fad that I have missed out on and yet more proof of my descent into tasteless outdated middle age
