am very very very pleased with myself right now!!!

i ordered a lovley top from next a few weeks ago and it would zip up over my boobs! i ordered the next size up and it would only zip half way up!!

guess what i am wearing atm!! thats right it fits!! well almost i can get the zip up but its a snug fit around my boobs area!! gives great lift and cleavage though

also the bigger bras are becoming too big so i will be using the smaller ones soon!!

i just cut back on the amount i was eating through the day!! coffee is good at speeding up your metabolism and stopping hunger too!!

i have a small breakfast and small lunch and make sure i dont go over board on portions at dinner time! slimfast hunger shots rae great for filling you up instead of snacking on crisps and biccies!!

my sis is doing slimfast and has lost loads more than me but i cant stand the slimfast shakes!!
