Boots tucked into Jeans?

I am going out tomorrow night for the first time since DD was born and don't want to look an idiot!

I am going to look old and dated?!

I'd still do it if I could fit into my jeans. I reckon it looks fine, maybe with a longish top tho..?

Boots? I know it's not very hot but it's JULY!

Wear sandals, or flats, or heels or anything in fact but not boots!

You won't look old and dated but you will look as if you have been asleep for 3 months and didn't realise it was July.
