No. But the collar is quite pretty. It's sort of ruched.

Its nice but won't keep the rain off! 100% cotton. I like the neck.

Looks like a bin bag IMO.

It'll keep it off more than not having one. Am adjusting to my post-baby size and consenting to buy new stuff instead of waiting to shrink.

I'd think a jeans/casual trousers kind of thing. Although maybe with a cotton flippy skirt?

I dug my parka out today. So depressed by this rain.
