Any websites with NORMAL hair styles?

I have just wasted a silly amount of money on 3 hairstyle magazines, and they were all just ludicrous. All the hair was dead straight, or back combed up into the shape of a tree. Or the cut was really jaggedy edgy..

I do NOT want a frumpy cut, but I have very, very, very thick hair and it is quite wavy and a bit frizzy too (yea it's as horrible as it sounds) so even if I do see a style I like, it probably wouldn't work on my hair.

Going to hairdressers thursmorning. my hair is now shoulder length and although i can tie it back in a pony tail, it is not very nice. it sticks out like a triangle. my whole head area is very triangular...

Help ME!!

I especially empathise with the triangle

No solutions tho' sorry

Sorry, no ideas, just sympathy. I have fine hair, but a huge amount of it, so it tends to form a big sticky out ness. Currently its almost waist length, and I normally wear it up, but do have lots of long layers that control that tendency

could this work or am i deluding myself?

I think it looks like it could be like a lot of work - without it you could end up looking like a dandelion tbh

greenelizabeth · 08/07/2008 21:57

ummmm. That's probably waxed and teased.

I need to have an up and out and go hairstyle. Not sure this exists, for my hair, other than INAPONYTAIL.

Maybe I should tell the hair dresser to just cut it quite short but still very feminine, and see what happens.

OR would that be TOTAL FCUKING MADNESS?/?

That would be scary

try this site

greenelizabeth · 08/07/2008 22:53

That's a good site furball. it has lots of styles and doesn't keep leading me to other webaddresses which turn out to be nothing.
