OK I know I have done the wrong thing here, so advice welcome please

I have contravened the number one shopping rule and bought this skirt in green from Boden without thinking what I will wear with it. I have a green cardi but the skirt itself has an ivory background, not white as I thought, so can I still wear a plain white tshirt? What would look nice?

(Dark) blue denim jacket would look stunning with the blue one but you got the green right? Brown, green, cream or even plum would look good with the green.

Wouldn't worry too much about white top clashing with the ivory, may even be a good thing as too matchy-matchy doesn't look cool, too preppy.

Thanks Mandy. I dug out my white tshirts and they are misshapen and grey so it looks like I need to go and get more.
Anyway it is too cold and wet to wear it right now.
