ps how many pairs of shoes do you own? imelda

SheherazadetheGoat · 08/07/2008 12:59

i do worry about the boden demographic wobbling about on their tiny feet trying to balance their enormous arse and v. short torso.

SheherazadetheGoat · 08/07/2008 13:00

in answer to piffles question, yes.

Mine turned up this morning and I can't decide if they fit properly. I have a funny feeling that they will get uncomfortable incredibly quickly ... and I need them for a wedding - they may well need to go back!

fishie · 08/07/2008 20:33

i always go up a size in boden shoes.

those poncy pumps have arrived, they are really lovely but i will destroy them in about half an hour.

bodiddly · 08/07/2008 20:37

They are small aren't they? I used to be a 4 but my feet seem to go up half a size after having ds .. and the 5 is bordering on being too small.

maidamess · 08/07/2008 20:38

Link please

fishie · 08/07/2008 20:39

if you are at all unsure then get bigger ones, nothing worse than a pair of shoes unworn because they hurt (says the person with a pair of boden platforms unworn because they are too high)

ButterflyMcQueen · 08/07/2008 20:41

how annoying that boden link at the top does not work

fishie · 08/07/2008 21:10

the one at the bottom does

those shoes are out of stock

shreddies · 08/07/2008 22:31

why don't you ring up and see if anyone else has returned them - as suggested on one of the other boden threads

bodiddly · 09/07/2008 14:10

I have a pair size 38 in thistle if anyone wants them before I send them back.

Poledra · 09/07/2008 14:18

OK, I love these shoes in thistle - I'm usually a size 6, what size would you recommend I order then? (I'm also 39 weeks' pg at the mo, so would probably have to keep them for when feet have deflated a bit).
Ta!

Do you want spares if they are in the sale?

silverfrog · 10/07/2008 13:52

I have a pair in blue, size 40 - as you say, they are just too slim fitting. Bugger, as they are just what I need for a wedding, and are super comfy otherwise.

Cod, do you still want them? CAT me if you do - can just as easily send on to you as return them.
