They look nice - but do the charms all slip down to the bottom when you wear them, or are they knotted onto the thong (assuming that's what the thread is)?

They are knotted on the thread so they dont slip - its black and green cotton thread.

is the yellow pendanty thing a stone ? are the others pewter ?

The yellow thing is plastic - for a bit of colour and all the others are silver.
I've been collecting vintage charms for a while now but am very particular about what I like - no hearts, horseshoes or boots!
