Advice please, want to get some 'nice' handcream for a soon-to-be-mum but it needs to be available on the highstreet for £5 or less - any suggestions?

Tisserand- geranium bergamot and something else, addicitve smell, it's the only one I use now! About £5 in the shops, a pound or so cheaper on ebay.

I use this daily, in quite a dry harsh environment, it works a treat!

thanks - I think I'll go and smell the Tisserand one in John Lewis and if I don't like it I'll get the sanctuary one ;)

Neutragena - without a doubt. It lasts for ever in the tube and it makes hands softer than anything else I've tried. I like the unperfumed version, the one with the red lid, best. You can get it from Boots and supermarkets, at the moment Asda have it with 50% free! I've stocked up!

E45 is pretty good.

I really like the Hemp one from the Body Shop - think it comes in 2 different sizes.

Personal fave is the Vitamiracle Champneys one in Sainsburys. It's £6 but divine I think. Definitely non greasy and smells gorgeous.

Champneys also do a mother to be hand and foot gel but I admit I haven't tried it £6. If it's as good as the hand cream....
