Just started post natal yoga. Have worn for the first 2 sessions (don't read on if you can't cope with the horror)...
my mum's slightly shiny fitted exercise trouser things
long baggy top

I think an improved outfit is desperately needed.

Yes I started off post baby with old tracksuit bottoms and baggy tshirt covered in milk stains. It is only now, 9 months later, when I look around at the women in tight black "yoga pants" and fitted sporty vest tops with another one of a coordinating colour on top that I realise why noone ever spoke to me. It takes a while for the pregnancy hormones that allow you to walk around like this (and quite rightly so!) to wear off I think. Now I have the black yoga pants (glorified tracksuits but tighter and can be cropped or ankle length) but haven't quite manage to get a clever vest type thing yet so just wear a tighter, fitted t shirt. I also eventually bought a berlei sports bra to hold everything in which eased the horrofied looks a bit as well. Oh and you MUST also have your own yoga mat in a special yoga mat bag.

by the way that was just a normal yoga class not a specific post natal one so your lot may be a bit more forgiving

Some very nice yogawear here if you want to keep your karma intact
I can vouch for the fold over trousers post natally.

The sweaty betty website has some good yoga stuff and if you go through link at the top of the page you get 10% off and free returns.

I've got some Next tracksuit bottom-type things that are very comfy - but, fortunately for those around me, not too tight!

Keep an eye out for the sale - you might be able to get a pair for £10-£12, like I did.

My top is a disaster though. I'm stuck in the baggy old T-shirt rut too, and it always sort of falls forward over my head when I'm doing the sun salutation!

I find TK Maxx usually has some good stuff. I mostly wear cropped thin track bottoms (H&M) and a nike vest top. Someone who always seems to be in front of me in my class wears far too tight bottoms and all I can see is her thong - and rather ample backside

I wear cropped yoga trousers from h&m, but I don't think I am that stylish in yogic terms, but the class I go to is a mixed age range and style, so anything comfy and practical is fine.
