Westman Atelier, am I missing something or are the products underwhelming?

I see Westman Atelier everywhere and makeup artists and beauty influencers constantly raving about the products. The makeup always looks beautiful and I love the overall aesthetic of the brand. However, having invested in a few products myself, I’m finding them consistently underwhelming, particularly considering the price.
So far I’ve bought:
Biscuit contour stick - Seems to blend out to practically nothing. I’ve at least managed to use this one up!
Super Loaded cream highlighter - Doesn’t seem to give me much of anything.
Lit Up highlight stick - Same issue as above
Baby Cheeks blush sticks, two shades - I just never seem to love how these look on my skin.
Squeaky Clean liquid lip balm: Honestly, a waste of money for me.
Hydrating lipsticks: These I actually I like
I keep watching Gucci Westman apply these products and her results so good.
Am I applying them incorrectly? Is there a particular technique, brush or combination of products that makes all the difference?
I’d love to hear from people who genuinely love the brand and have managed to get these products working for them. Equally, are there others who feel the products are just overhyped?
I really want to love them, but so far I’m struggling to see what all the fuss is about

I have the mini lit up stick in beige and totally love it. Shimmers very slightly without being glittery, just to
give me a healthy glow. Looks natural. I think it has beneficial ingredients too like hylauronic acid.

I absolutely love the lit up stick in brulee. Gives a beautiful healthy glow. Its a holy grail product for me.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong with it. But I do have the clear one and it does nothing.
