Super warm outdoor leggings

Hi, should be a straightforward one. I want comfy opaque black outdoor leggings that I can wear with hiking boots or wellies. Don't mind spending a bit but so far I have bought Acai ones that I had to keep hitching up and Next ones that are ok but won't be warm enough in cold weather.

Suggestions anyone?

I’ve recently got some of the winter leggings from Fabletics which I’m really enjoying. They look like normal sports leggings, but are thicker with a brushed feeling to the inside.
