Has anyone whitened their teeth with the brand enlighten? 3 weeks... how did you find it? Sensitivity and results wise?

I have used Enlighten. I found the overnight gel that you use initially had very little effect, but the one hour treatment after that gave me great results with no sensitivity. The trays are really well fitted and I was very happy with the results. I could probably do with a top up now though, ive not used it in over six months, although my teeth are still whiter than they were before.

Would your teeth usually be sensitive? Ive very sensitive teeth... only started week 2 and honestly I HATE this feeling... week 1 was absolutely fine... this isnt as bad as previous ones ive used but Im wondering if anything helped.. im dreading week 3 for the 1 hour per day as id imagine its gonna make them soooo sensitive

Are you using the serum pen that stops the sensitivity? Should have come in your kit.

Using sensitive toothpaste helps me, I’m guessing if you usually have sensitive teeth though you already use a sensitive toothpaste. I did boutique whitening and for the first 2 weeks I did every day but for the third week I had to do a day then skip a day for 7 treatments because I couldn’t bare to do it everyday

Yes I am.... I mean its bearable but awful at the same time such a horrible feeling. Im using the toothpaste provided while whitening... dreading next week and was wondering how people found the 6% hour blast...

I always use sensitive toothpaste. Couldn't use anything else

I found it useful to use the 6% for the hour before I went to bed. That way I could use sensitive toothpaste and go to bed. I found the first 8hours the worst so if I did it before bed I’d sleep through the worst of the sensitivity. Everyone’s different but that definitely helped me

Its actually the following day when the trays removed I find the worst currently... and worse as the day goes on... I guess they say beauty is pain😂

That’s exactly how mine are, if wear them on through the night then take them out around 7am (I only do them once a week now as a top up) I find they are most sensitive in the afternoon. With the 1 hour treatment when I used them, if I wore the trays an hour before bed the sensitivity would be at its worst once the trays are removed but I’d be asleep then when I woke up the sensitivity has usually passed

Ill try this next week then if I get through this week... again like I say... definitely not as sensitive as previous whitening gels ive used but such a hateful feeling!
