Spray Tan

Since I'm constantly milk bottle white but also paranoid about the damage sunbeds do, I'm considering having a spray on tan.

I've never done anything like this before so can anyone tell me what it involves (do you have to be naked? etc!) how much roughly it costs, how long it lasts, does it look natural...

and are those ones that you buy to do at home as good as the salon types?

I had my first salon one a couple of weeks ago before a holiday. It was FAB.

You get nekked and wear an attractive paper thong. You stand in front of a half-cubicle thing with a fan going on in it. Then a lovely lady sprays you all over and gives you goosebumps (er.. not in a sexual way...) and that's it.

You can put your clothes on straight away but don't make my mistake of wearing jeans - wear something light and airy! Get it done in the morning and have a shower before you go to bed. It's a bit sticky during the day until you wash it off and you've got to be careful not to wash your hands too much.

About a week - couldn't really tell as I got a proper tan on holiday.
