Ordering from Northface online experience?

Hi,
I ordered a new backpack to replace one I've had for years form Northface. Unfortunately, I didn't check reviews of ordering online from their website and most of them are all negative.

I tried to cancel but it doesn't let you once you've made your order and you have to wait till you get the item to return. Tried the chatbot but that was useless and even after it connected me to an agent, it didn't respond. :(

Anyone have any positive stories? I ordered over the weekend, so it's not unusual that it hasn't shipped just yet.

I ordered recently, no issues whatsoever, arrived when it said etc. What were the negative reviews?

Mostly poor customer service, and difficulties with returning stuff.

My DH orders for himself and DC regularly and has no problems with orders or returns.

Thank you. It's good to hear some recent positive stories. So I shall wait and see.

I’ve never had a problem. People mainly leave reviews when they are pissed off, likely you’ll be fine.
