Marks & Spencer's reviews, now do you have to be invited?

So I've only looking on the app, but a couple of times I've been emailed and asked to write a review for something. Is it not a free for all any more?

I think if they email and ask you then they can put verified reviewer on it so people know you actually bought the item, I'm sure you can still write one anyway if not invited.

I just looked and it has changed quite recently so sorry for leading you up the garden path, it seems the same as Next now and invite only by the look of it.
