LED Mask Question To those who got one last Christmas.

Now you have had it for a good while. What do you think? Would you recommend? I am specifically contemplating a shark cryoglow.

I have a therabody one. It has done amazing things to my skin. The downsides are that it leaves dents under my eyes for a bit where it’s quite heavy and that it only has one programme where it cycles through 4 mins of infrared, 4 mins of deep infrared and 4 mins of blue. You can skip through to the next 4 mins but there’s no way to do say 10 mins of just deep infrared, you can only do it in 4 minute sets. It’s not too much of a hassle as you just press a button a couple of times but I feel like they could have done it so you could do whichever setting you wanted for various times without having to cycle through.

What are the amazing things? How long have you had it for?

I have a current body one. It’s good. Skin generally clear and not very wrinkly and quite plump. Definitely have a glow the day after I use it

I have a very basic silkn one, it has helped with redness and also made my eyebrows grow for the first time in decades 😀

I hadn’t thought about hair growing aspect. What about hairs on rest of your face @Littleguggi?

I like my Currentbody one but you have to use it consistently for 3-5 nights per week. Have seen some improvement in
my skin.

Interesting your silk’n one made your eyebrows grow! Mine could do with some help. I fancy the silk’n EMS LED, I think it’s new(ish). It has currents for firming the facial muscles too.

I’ve had one for almost 4 weeks and used it most days. I’ve not noticed much difference in my skin as yet, if anything.
The way it dents under your eyes is annoying, I have taken to holding it up and away from that area as it leaves marks that make me look tired! Which defeats the object. I’ve been using Nutrition geeks collagen glow up during the same timeframe, again, not noticing any improvement in skin. My skin is quite good though generally.
