Ive just discovered that the shapes suit me following a random vintage purchase as well as buying the maeve jeans from anthropology.
Been souring vinted - to no avail.

I was going to suggest 'Joanie' but they have gone into administration. You might find that brand on vinted/ebay though.

Original 70's retro clothes tend to be much smaller than the same size today, so best to get measurements if possible before buying.

I find quite a lot of 70s fashion comes up on Vinted if I search. It might be a case of persevering until the algorithm gets used to you? Or try searching for specific brands that were popular in the '70s e.g. Clockhouse (C&A) Van Allen, Etam, Richard Shops, Wallis. Or much pricier (but very lovely) Bus Stop / Lee Bender, Ossie Clark, Janice Wainwright, Quorum, Celia Birtwell).

Joanie is on Vinted too.

A lot of clothing by Free People (part of urban outfitters ) has a very 70's vibe if you want new repro stuff. Not cheap but great designs. If you search an image of theirs don't be fooled by cheap sites using their photos and selling a piece of rubbish. Only buy from their main site.

Queens of archive and run and fly are worth a look
