What to wear going out

What would you wear going out for dinner and drinks or “date night”?

im 46 and embracinng the shift towards a more casual evening outfits but what id your favourite?

At the mo i'm loving the flowing silky trouser and jumper look. The jumper can be what ever suits the mood. Longline with a v neck, or short and boxy or fluffy. Hair down soft waves. It's a warm outfit which you can dress right up.

If it was very posh i might wear a satin jumpsuit. Hair up, nice jewellery.
