I feel all undecided and I'm agonising about what to wear for a funeral tomorrow - can anyone help?

It's my Nana's funeral - she was 91 and it was time for her to go

I want to celebrate her life but my family are a bit more traditional

She hated me wearing black & her favourite colour was blue (she left me her sapphire engagement ring)

She liked me wearing pink

I'm dithering aren't I?

Wear what your Nana would like to see you in. Did she like to see you in a particular outfit - if so, then that's the one I would pick.

How about a dark blue - respectful, but you know she would have liked it.

I'm so sorry. My nan was one for tradition so had to go in black.
I think you hould definately wear the ring and is there an outfit that she liked you in? Or commented on? Or that you just think she'd like?

If you have anything in navy, it would be one way of compromising. But really, this is your chance to say goodbye to your Nana, it's about you and her, wear something she (and you) would both like - and definitely the ring . All the best for today.

I wore a brow linen suit that she liked I felt good

I feel a real sense of closure and am glad today is over
