Eline cream for lip lines - anyone tried it?

I’ve got really bad smoker’s lines despite having never smoked.

And I’ve obviously searched for remedies one too many times as my fb feed is full of ads for a cream (think it’s a cream?) called ‘Eline’.

Lots of good reviews but I never trust these to be genuine any more. Any real people tried it and have any feedback? Thank you ☺️

Or any other recommendations for getting rid of lip lines v welcome (not filler etc but topical serums or face creams)… thank you.
