Winter bootie welly recommendations

Hi all, I’m looking for a robust pair of short (bootie-type) wellies for this winter. Preferably ones that won’t have a loose insole or tiny holes appearing at the joins in within a month or two (unlike the expensive Barbour ones I foolishly bought once). I do a lot of dog walking most days hence the need for durability - recommendations?

Bonus points if they look good - appreciate

i like the look of the Merry People ones. Not tried them out myself though!
