Dare 2b not accepting online gift cards

Hello, I won a £100 gift card and filled up my basket. When I went to pay it didn’t have the gift card option. After emailing them they say that it’s a technical glitch but they don’t know when it will be back and that I can use them in store. Well there are no shops for miles around and I feel like the online option will never return.
Has anyone else had this issue?

where is the nearest shop, how many miles?

i’d be making my way to the nearest shop ( if it’s under about say 40 miles away) to spend the gift asap in case it’s going bust.

Given they are under regatta could they exchange you for one of their gift vouchers?

Contact their CEO as the powers that be need to sort this one out. You could mention you are contacting Rip Off Britain and the consumer editor of the Guardian as firms hate adverse publicity I hope they sort this shortly for you. I am sure once you get in touch with the CEO they will get their IT to sort it. You could also say you are unlikely to be the only one so this is costing them money.
