Has anyone tried these and do they work?I sometimes get prickly heat and a bit red and would prefer to prevent it and wonder if these are any good

I use them, and IMO they will make your tan deeper, but am afraid they don't make a darned difference to prickly heat.

But better itchy and brown than itchy and pale, no?

yes i suppose so I am going to try them but the prickly heat was quite bad last time and i erally want to avoid it

Have you tried taking antihistamine tablets? They really help with prickly heat, and if you take them from the start of your holiday, then you may even avoid getting it at all.
