SEASALT- ever any discount codes?

I rarely buy- in fact only once ever- but there are a couple of jumpers I like that are in the £60-£70+ range and it would be worth waiting if they ever have a 20% off.

Do they?

Yes they do this sometimes, although I think the last discount period was quite recent.

I do like Seasalt but was disappointed in the chunky cardigan I bought which bobbled and looked worn after only a few wearings. Not sure I’d buy knitwear from them again despite loving the look on their website

teachers discounts app currently have 15% off. Easy to get the app. Quite often have bigger discounts too.

But presumably you have to be a teacher? And prove it somehow?

I did read about bobbling on their reviews. Hard to know - a lot of knitwear does bobble.

Blue light card?

bottleofredbottleofwhite · 15/10/2026 19:27

Seasalt are sold in M&S. I managed to get 25 % off a seasalt coat last year so well worth a check

Nothungrycat · 15/10/2026 19:46

They're doing a lot of discounting at the moment, to such an extent that I'd worry if they're in trouble. So, I'd sign up to their website if I was you! They've got a sale on at the moment, but mainly of summer stock, but I can't imagine it'll be that long before autumn/winter stuff turns up on sale.

RustyBear · 15/10/2026 20:09

They do have an official outlet on eBay, with discounted prices on older stock - I love their Larissa shirts and have got several from there at big savings, though they don’t always have every size available.

I don't work as a teacher or a carer.

Yeah they've got a discount on some SS but not the items I'm looking at.

No proof required. You just say you work in a school doing whatever.

This is why so many retailers are stopping Blue Light Discount and similar as so many people falsely claim they’re eligible, or the codes get shared online.

Itsthewoluff · 15/10/2026 21:38

Well there wasn’t a need for proof a few years ago when I joined. Not 100% sure now. Worth trying.

I’ve had 30% discounts in the past.

Sid9nie · 15/10/2026 21:50

Blue light card gives a discount, have to prove NHS or similar employment.

UntitledGooseOnTheLoose · 15/10/2026 22:48

Not sure about discounts but they do have an outlet store on eBay.

JamesFrond · 16/10/2026 06:07

There was twenty percent off absolutely everything about a month ago so they definitely do them.

Ooh, wouldn't do that.

I got a Blue Light card last year and had to upload my work ID badge for verification

You absolutely definitely need proof.
