Sheepskin slippers

I’ve been a fan of Celtic Sheepskin Company’s sheepskin bootee slippers for years now, over 20 years now, I’ve probably had 5 pairs over the years.

I ordered another pair and they are awful. They’re meant to be snug and “give”, but these are visibly narrower and with less volume in the body of the slipper when compared against my older slippers of the same size. I can hardly get them on, and I know my feet haven’t got any bigger, if anything they are slimmer as I have lost four stones over the past couple of years.

These slippers are not cheap, £99 now, and frankly I’m disappointed. So, I’m wondering if anyone can recommend any alternatives to Celtic Sheepskin slippers? I appreciate warm feet!

I too love warm feet. I don’t buy ‘slippers’ but sheepskin boots. I’ve had Emu, Bearpaw and Snow over the last 10 years. Emu were the best as it was possible to buy new sheepskin insoles to keep them cosy until the soles wore out. All have been bought on eBay so not massively expensive. Good luck in your search.

I get mine in Costco but they aren't boot ones, just standard slippers.

Draper of Glastonbury. Not cheap, but excellent quality and they also repair. Dh wears his all the time and is very hard on them. A pair lasts him about 5y.

Thanks for posting this, my sister wanted nice sheepskin slippers for Christmas so ordered last night. Hopefully from HoB, they should be great quality.
