Something that doesn’t make me feel
like i am going to dislocate both shoulders getting it on and off- is there ones that fasten at the front maybe? Big chested, 40 D needed.

I buy mine from boobydoo. I like the panache active underwired (it fastens like a normal bra) and wear 36GG. Are you sure of your size?

M& S zip up front bras are great - just note that their sizing is often way off so you may need to buy multiple sizes or try on.

I used sportjock, they only do 3 styles. I used to have size XL at a 38 F, I've got very broad shoulders, but I can get it on fine. Currently I'm a 34F and wearing the size L action/super.

You wont be 40D. You've probably never been measured. 40D isn't big chested.
You'll probably be 36H.

Get yourself measured and dont go near m&s.

When I still had a decent set of boobs I used these and they were amazing and they fastened up the front

I can only do front fastenings ones, or any I can fasten first and put it over my head. I can't do up any bra or bikini behind my back.
