Where can I buy good-quality, long-lasting zip-up hoodies?

Hi,

With the weather changing and winter just around the corner, I’m looking to buy some long-lasting zip-up hoodies. I usually buy my hoodies from Primark and H&M, but I find the quality pretty poor, and the colours fade after just a couple of washes.

Can you guys recommend where I should look? I am a size 16/18.

i also have old superdry ones still going strong.

i am an 18 and manage to squeeze into them although its a bit hit and miss with superdry.

I have never heard of UO tbh. Are they any good?

How are Gap hoodies? Haven't bought anything from Gap in like 10 years.

they are really a young person shop (I wish it was around when I was young) but I like their plain hoodies.

Holister hoodies are generally good quality.

I'vè got a couple of men's ones from Asda which have lasted 6+ years. 80/20 cotton/polyester.

Recently bought a gorgeous thermal one from Heat Holders. Went for the mens version of the soul warming hoodie as it looked longer. It's super soft velvety "fleece". Feels like you are wearing a hug. So far has washed well. It's already a favourite for the colder weather. Currently on offer for £29.99.

Sisters and seekers, I have one I bought new and one I got from Vinted, slightly oversized but also very warm, well made and cosy. I don't like obvious branding which some of their designs have but they do hoodies without too.

Recommend Crew Clothing for hoodies, shirts/blouses, jeans etc. They use a lot of natural fabrics and well made.
Mens clothes are good too.

I'm the same size as you and have always bought men's hoodies as I like the longer length to cover my bum, and belly pouch. I've got one from Asda, one from M&S and one from Snickers (a workwear clothing company). The Snickers one is by far the best and warmest, and it goes in the washer / dryer often with no colour fade or shrinkage.

Just bought a couple of Board Angels hoodies off M&M direct (seems to sell sports stuff cheap like Sports Direct) They are labelled “oversized” & they are roomy . Traditional heavy material and got the fuzzy lining. Really good quality - £12.99!!
Look online for them .
