Work tops - need some ideas please

I’m looking for inexpensive T-shirt type tops I that are smart enough to wear under a blazer or jumper at work, but casual enough to wear with jeans too.

I want plain (as in all one colour)!tops that work well under jumpers, so I can remove my jumper at work and still have a smart enough top on underneath.

Any ideas? I’m a size 16 with big boobs, so nothing low cut.
