Trendy bag for older teen/young adult that can carry a heavy load?

Dd is 20 and has SEN’s, she goes to a placement where she does work experience as well as education. She likes to take half the house with her each day including her art supplies, lunch, 2 drinks and a few books. I have warned her about carrying too much in her bag but she took no notice and now her bag has broken. It’s not easy to take her shopping for a new bag (she struggles with making choices and with shopping). Can anyone recommend a reasonably trendy bag that can hold a lot of things? Ideally over the shoulder style rather than a back pack.

Longchamp bags are popular and fit a lot if she doesn't mind not having internal pockets. There are lots available on eBay at a lower cost! My DD (also with SEN) hated not having any separated pockets and so switched to the LuluLemon Daily Multi-Pocket tote (again, from ebay)- and likes it much better since it has pockets for a waterbottle etc. She also found that the thicker straps don't slide off/get her hair caught like the longchamp ones do.
