i'd like to gain some weight (in a healthy way) after loosing a lot after having DS2: i only gained 1 stone during pregnancy with DS2 who is 5 weeks old now, and i've already lost 2(!) stone... i'm now a healthy 59kg at 1,74m, but from experience with BF DS1 i know this is only the start of loosing loads more weight...
also, i'm only keeping on weight because i fill up on unhealthy stuff. i do eat at least 5 portions of fruit & veg a day (more like 10), but i also typically eat: 200 gr of chocolate a day, 200 gr of nuts (incl. peanut butter), 100 ml of cream, 100-200 gr of cheese... i know i eat way to much saturated fat and sugar... i just don't know what to fill up on as i include all the recommended food groups which cover all the vitamins, minerals, carbs, protein etc. anyone got any ideas? oh before i forget: i'm vegetarian and i can't eat gluten...
