stylish smart work bag - tote vs backpack?

Any suggestions for that perfect everyday black leather bag please? One that is compact but has neat little compartments for all the essentials (lunch, water bottle/ coffee, notepad, maybe a small laptop + chargers or gym kit) appreciate not all of this will fit at once without it being bulky. Comfortable straps too.

Does such a thing exist?!

Not a sports backpack. A4 documents dont fold. Is a tote just smarter and more suitable? I just like the idea of having my hands-free...

Actually not that set on leather, just after a smart look I think.

I like the one you linked @mainecooney thank you, but its a bit too big for me (as are the ones I've mentioned tbh!) looking for either a tote or a smaller backpack thats not so bulky! Any ideas?
