Need help finding piece of clothing

Does anyone know where i can find these dungarees? I don’t have children but im a reborn collector with a toddler sized doll who I love dressing up and I love ducks so if anyone can find these I really appreciate it.

They are likely plain levis with a mallard appliqué. You can get them and put it on yourself if you like
