Eyebrow growth serums; which is the best one?

I plucked my brows to oblivion in the 90s and they're still sparse and also quite blonde. I tint them regularly and occasionally laminate them myself but I really could do with some more brow hair really!

Has anyone got any recommendations for a brow growth gel or serum that works well? Ideally under £50 but I'm not against paying up if something is a real creme de la creme product that works really well.

Minoxidil the men's one also called regain or rogaine. It took about 6 months of diligent use but I'm now very much more brow hairy.
