Bodycare routine ideas and favourite luxurious products

Do you have a bodycare regime or any holy grail products? I'm in the market for something luxurious that makes me feel like I'm looking after myself! I've always had a good facial skincare regime but otherwise I wash my hair, wash body with bar soap and moisturise with plain moisturiser after I've shaved my legs. I'd like some lovely - and effective - lotions and potions!

Fenty Body Butta is hands down the best body lotion I've ever used. It's pricey so I don't use it every time I shower but I do always moisturise my body after every bath or shower. Rituals lotion mousse is my go to for day to day as it's so quick to sink in.

Not the most luxurious feeling, but Nivea’s body lotions and serums are very impressive.

For a more luxurious feeling, Laura Mercier products are nice, especially if you love gourmands.

Totally agree with this. Fenty is astonishingly good, light years ahead of the others.
I couldn’t believe the difference in my skin after just a week of use.

Ooh I've never even looked at Fenty. Like the idea of it being really effective as well as luxurious!

Do people use oils too? They always look so messy to me!

Just to note, I bought mine on eBay- shaved a few pounds off the price but still had to think twice!
From memory I had a small pot first to try it out, about £22.
I’m addicted now! 🙂

Not luxurious but I love the sol de janeiro bum bum cream.

Some nice ones I’ve tried

REN - Moroccan rose oil (absorbs really well and doesn’t leave you feeling slippery)

l’occitane - Almond shower oil and almond body balm

The body shop - love their body butters. Find them really moisturising and great for dry skin

Lush - king of skins (love this as even though it’s a body butter you use it on wet skin after your shower, great if your in a hurry)
