Not much longevity, at least for me, but maybe it’s the way I walk/how much I wear them - the heel part inside disintegrates. They last about 9 months to a year. They are temptingly cheap though

They look nice i have M&S trainers they are just "fashion shoes" really and fine for day to day.

I bought a pair of red leather trainers last year. I had to return the first pair I got because they actually drew bloodShock. I replaced them and although the replacement pair is comfortable enough, there's little support. Imho fine for everyday wear, but not long distance walking.

Not comfortable in my experience - in general M&S shoes seem to
me tome to be very poor quality, cheap looking, uncomfortable and badly fitting, I don’t understand why as generally I like M&S clothes

I like them. The heel does wear, but I've found that with the likes of New Balance as well. I bought one pair which lasted about a year until the back of the heel wore away. Then the next time I bought three different styles and alternate. I've had them for a year and they still all look good. Comfortable too.
