Help to find similar Eau de Toilette please …

Sorry it’s not a posh one for you perfume experts ! But would love to find a gift for my mum. Shes got an old bottle of Molton Brown Bursting Caju and Lime which she really likes/liked. Apparently it was discontinued 6 years ago so although there are a couple of bottles on EBay they are probably really old.
Does anyone know of anything that smells similar ?

You could try searching by the "accords" for something similar.

Can you afford to send off for samples? Or get the samples and package them together as a gift (I love when someone does this for me).

Actually, since caju & lime is a quintessential Brazilian combination, you might like to put together a bundle of Sol de Janeiro. Same page as above, scroll the fragrances.

I found a few that look promising but are over £100 and don't offer samples. You could check out the Ebay sellers for the Jo Malone, though. It was discontinued in 2020, so unopened bottles that have been kept in the dark should be okay?

Not sure about this - I use Eau Dynamisante, which is very herby, not really citrusy. But have a read of the fragrance profiles for the four scents, see if anything fits.

Cashew fruit has its own smell of course, but it's generally 'tropical', something like mango. I once had a special offer layering set from Superdrug, very non-expensive, which included a lime, a mango, an ocean and a herby fragrance. I can't see it on their website now, but you may not want to land your Mum with a DIY kit anyway!
