Maybe Masoor Dal Red Lentils cooked just boiled on its own causes better skin conditions plus added tea bags without the milk every day for 17 weeks.

It has possibly impacted you in other, less positive ways, by the sounds of it.

I eat a tin of red lentils as I'm a vegetarian and I drink green tea. I can't say I've noticed a difference in my skin.

What are you on about, @Shahidullislam1? If it’s advertising, you’re a bit rubbish at it!

I’m pescatarian and eat tons of wholefoods (mostly bought in bulk from Hodmedod’s) including lentils. I prefer coffee, but drink some black tea (with milk), and green tea. I obviously eat lots of fish. And organic fruit and vegetables.

My skin is pretty good.

But Cult Beauty gets a lot of my money, too, so who knows?
