Black tie dress ideas on a budget for petite size 10 to 12

Help! My husband has won an award and we have been invited to the black tie event in less than 2 weeks to receive it.

I’ve a small budget as will need travel & accommodation too.

Im 5ft 1, size 12 (sometimes a 10), in my 50s so have the inevitable meno tummy so nothing clingy, have to have sleeves either short or long. I’ve dark brown hair and very pale skin.

Id prefer something with no pattern.

Any suggestions?

The dresses above are lovely but maybe a bit clingy around the middle for op?

Have you checked vinted? There are some ..beautiful Hobbs dresses going cheap and you've got time to get delivery.

I've screenshot one that I just saw, as an example. No sleeves. But says 100% silk . It's be worth a search on there for styles you like

I just bought this from River Island for a black tie event. I couldn't justify spending any more on a dress I'll only wear once. I am happy with it and only £46. I am 52 and find myself shopping at River Island quite a lot these days. Worth a look.

Just realised you need sleeves. Obviously dress I linked to is sleeveless but there may be other things on there that are in your budget.
