Anthropologie Website

Had a peak at the lovely Anthropologie website (as I read that they now deliver to the UK from the States - yey!) and saw a lovely bag on there I was tempted to buy - but when shipping and taxes were added the cost rose from 45 pounds to a whooping 72.81 pounds!

Seems a lot to me - tho never ordered anything from the US before - anyone had a similar experience with other websites in terms of postage costs?

Now trying to decide if the bag is really worth the extra cost.........tho know if I try hard enough, I can always end up justifying a bag-related splurge!

Wonder if Anthropologie have a decent sale and if so, when is it likely to start? Any ideas ManhattenMama?

Oh dear - it may be like the whole "will it/won't it be in the bloody Boden sale" nightmare of waiting and then missing out!

Know what you mean hub2dee re bow - but am trying to find one thats not leather or orla kiery like to add to my (limited - honest) collection!

Sale is very good, but I think it's already on - see here

It only started this week so if your item isn't in the sale now then it will probably be a couple of months till the next lot of sale items.

Maybe if you clear / reset your cookies, the server will think you're in Arizona.

Party sounds a success. Would they tire if we did this every night you suppose ? lol.
