Has anyone had success with LED helmets for post-menopausal hair thinning?

Do LED helmets help with hair growth. Any success from anyone out there? Think of getting the one that seems to be best seller. Alot of money to spend if dosn't work. I have post meno hair thinning not stress or health related in any other way.

I had success with pumpkin seed oil capsules! They are a DHT blocker.

I’m similar to you. Apparently we need Low Level Laser Therapy devices as opposed to LED. There’s a massive difference. Toying between this and oral minoxidil at the moment… not sure which will be best.
Currently using Pumpkinseed Oil, Saw Palmetto, derma stamping and Pantene hair growth serum and shedding has definitely slowed, so may stick with these for a while longer before committing to a cap or Minoxidil. Good luck whatever you decide, but definitely research medical grade low level laser therapy caps over LED.

I was working through this with Claude last night. Funds are limited and I can't afford a low level laser cap.
My new routine will be 5% minoxidil foam twice a day and supplementing with vitamin d, c, iron, and zinc. I'm going to try it for six months and see how I get on, and save up for a device on the meantime. I figured it doesn't hurt to try the minoxidil route first to see if I can get it to improve without the laser cap.
