Recommendations for elasticated waist trousers for a petite, curvy shape

I am after some elasticated waist trousers, black or blue, either bootcut, straight or wide leg. I'm 5ft 2, prone to bloating and have wide hips. I've looked at Roman, bon marche and next, but not sure what the first two are like for trousers!

Happy to spend up to £70 for the right pair. Any recommendations from people of a similar body type?! Thanks!

Lands End petite range. Or short versions of the plus, depending on how curvy you are.

Bon Marche are fairly low quality IMO. Lots of artificial materials. They do an excellent range of lengths however.

Try Whistles petite range - lots of trousers with elasticated waist in the sale. Assume as it's now autumn you're not after linen. These are cotton & viscose, & well-reduced.

I'm a similar shape to you and these from FatFace are great. Definitely size down though!

David Neiper do a classic trousers with back elastician. I think they're £99. They wash well and they make them to your length as UK made.
