What blouse/top with this skirt?

Could anyone recommend what top to wear with it? It would need to be tuckable, so not too much material, but also not be too tight around the tummy and show every bump, not have armpits on show (ideally 3/4 sleeves) and a non-sweaty material. Needs to be quite understated as the green of the skirt might already feel a bit out there.

I feel like traditional blouses look too smart with it but the tops I've been wearing with it this summer are too casual. Any ideas?

Just to add I am imagining something a little like the model is wearing but with longer sleeves and I think black might be better than white.

I would wear a white boxy shaped tshirt from Uniqlo tucked in, and a loose thin black blazer over it with a gold necklace. It’s a lovely skirt!

Thank you! That would be lovely with a blazer but I won't be able to wear a blazer, and it might be too casual without? My next conference is in another country and temperatures should be high 20s. I do a lot of running around setting up at these conferences and always get uber paranoid about sweating, which makes it so hard!
