Laura Mercier weightless foundation for pale skin and medium coverage?

Has anyone used Laura Mercier foundation? I'm thinking of the weightless one in the glass bottle.

I'm starting to look for another one after not really loving my current Bobbi Brown (it is okay but it doesn't have quite as much coverage as I'd like.)
I don't need anything like EL Double Wear- just a medium coverage for normal skin.

My skin is very pale and BB has lots of shades, but it's not perfect.
I will also look at Nars but think they may all be too pink or too yellow. (Mont Blanc is a possible.)

Yes, I have the Laura Mercier weightless perfecting foundation. I chose it mainly for the shades. I’m fair with neutral undertones and find NARS shades just too yellow (except Mont Blanc as you say - but that’s too pale for me except in midwinter). Other companies I’ve had the same issue. It seems like Laura Mercier is one of the few with a good range for neutral/slightly pinky undertones.

It’s a LOT more lightweight than Double wear. Especially if you put it on straight after moisturiser, a little goes a long way so you can get a very thin application quite easily. But it’s still definitely a foundation rather than a BB/CC or tinted moisturiser, with quite a bit more coverage than those give, it jas that slightly “powdery” pigmented feeling I find foundations all have.

Personally I prefer the feel of a BB or CC and will only use the foundation when I am going to a big do or really need my makeup to last well. but if you want a foundation, the LM one is decent.

@minipie Thanks so much. Can I ask which shade you use? I am usually somewhere between 1N and 2N ( you know what I mean.)

I imagine with LM I am not pale enough for the palest shade but a shade or two up. If I had to go pink or yellow I'm more pink.

In Bobbi Brown I use Ivory or Cool Ivory ( 2nd one is slightly darker.)
